The shock acceleration curve generated at the collision moment is the basic of contact fuse design which is varitional by time. The experiment of collision is an important method for researching contact fuse, and the shock acceleration signal is an important signal measured chiefly in the experiment of collision. By analyzing the signal, the shock acceleration curve can be acquired. It offers the well worth experimental data for the design of the contact fuse. In the paper a measure system will be designed which is used to the experiment of collision, the sensor which is used to the experiment will be calibrated, the test signal will be analysed by the fit curve and the digital filter, and the information of the peak value and pulse width in the shock signal will be acquired by a programm which is made by myself. At last, the application is introduced which the wavelet is used to the processing shock signal. The main content is as below:1. Designing a measure system of the shockThe piezoelectric sensors are choosed by analyzing their mechanisms, the effect to the sensor by mounting is analysed, the method of calibrating the sensor is researched, the amplifier and oscillograph in the measure system are also choosed according to the need.2. Analyse and processing of the shock signalThe data is processed by the method of fit curve and the filter which is designed by myself, and the peak value and pulse width are aquired by the programm which is made by self. It is introduced which the signal will be decomposed, rebuildedand de-noised.
