According to the demand for the multi-parameter test of the blast field and againsting theproblem of the universal test system emplaced inconveniently and the stored testing systemneed to be recycled, this paper combined data collection technology、the test technology andthe telemetry technology, and designed a long-range multi-channel data acquisition system forthe explosive field .The accurate measurement of Various parameters produced by explosiveblasting, may provide the basis for distinguishing the types of the explosive,the powercontrast of the explosive and the performance evaluation in the weapons research process.Which has great significance to China’s national defense construction.This test system mainly consists of the field test devices and the main console, whichcommunications by fiber optic or wireless. This paper describes the hardware circuit andsoftware design and implementation of the system control section (the main console). Thehardware consists of the following components: acquisition and control circuits, wirelesscommunication equipment, fiber optic communications equipment ,a computer and Etc.Acquisition control circuit uses a programmable logic device (CPLD) as the core of control.VHDL hardware description language programming in ISE9.1 development environment tocontrol fiber optic data acquisition. This system used of wireless and fiber-optic two means ofcommunication, to applie to test for different occasions. Applications of wireless transmissiontechnology in the system mainly are setting the parameters of the probed and trigger controlbefore test and data read back after test. Inconvenience to the wireless communication, we useof optical fiber communication real-time transmission of data. And the computer is controlplatform of the entire system.System PC software design the control panel and block diagram of the data acquisitionsystem,in National Instruments (NI) software LabVIEW8.2 development environment. To achieve the features of facilitating data acquisition and control, waveform display and analysisof the data processing. The interface is friendly and intuitive. Experimental results show thatmulti-channel data acquisition and control system designed by wireless and fiber optictransmission technology achieved remote control and acquisition. The sampling rate fullymeet 1MHz. Which also show that the program the papers selected feasibility and practicality.
