The Key Technology Research On Data Nodes Of WMPS System Based On ZigBee Technology

In order to solve the problem of communication in wMPS measurement system, comparing of the domestic and foreign large-size measuring system of communication formsa wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee is designed. As a brand-new technology on wireless sensor networks, ZigBee protocol has showed a good momentum of rapid development. The technology has the characteristic of micro-up energy, a strong network capacity, low operating cost and high reliability. It is widely applied to ingenious network communications, industrial control, hospital medical surveillance, automatic admission fee, consumer electronics equipment, PC peripheral areas of the wireless connection and so on. In this paper,We achieved the integration of ZigBee network and wMPS measurement system,According to different functions in the node of Transmitter, Receiver and Calculation PC, which are in the wMPS measurement systrm, there are two types of equipments: Coordinator and Router. The hardware are based on Microchip's RF transimitter chip MRF24J40 controlled by PIC18F4620 MCU. The software design is based on the ZigBee2006 protocol stack, implements data trsmission and receiveing. Place the timing circuit on the receivers of wMPS system which connected with the ZigBee module. The chip is Xilinx's Spartan-3E family FPGA: XC3S500E and PIC32MX360F512L which is used to realize the function of data filtering. Design the hardware of the timing circuit module.Experiments show that the ZigBee modules can transmite and route the data rapidly, accurately and reliably. Through the PIC's filtering, the results has been de-nosing better, compared with the origina data. This system conquers the defect of wired networks, and achieves the data transmission flexibility and reliability, has a great future.
