Research On Collaborative Design Orieneted Project Management System In PLM

As enterprises put forward to new demands coordinating and controlling such respects as time, cost, quality, human resources, etc. In the whole process of product development, thereupon, the collaboration of project management system in Product Lifecycle Mamagement (PLM) is paid attention to by enterprise gradually. So, collaborative design is applied in the project management system in PLM. It can concentrate knowledge of the product development group; promote the scattered project team members to cross over the restriction of the time and space working in coordination.This article uses the project management as its core, takes the workflow management as foundation. Have launched research in the following mainly:1. Starting from the functional requirements of project management in PLM oriented to collaborative design, the paper on the base of the basic theory of project management in PLM and collaborative design establishes modules as project decomposition, project monitoring and statistics, project member management etc.2. According to workflow technology, systematic process design is carried out combined with features of the system, which mainly includes the project level process design, approval process design and work step process design.3. In order to carry out the real-time statistic supervision and effective control to the project , the system uses Ajax control, XML language, ADO techonlogy, Crystal Report of ASP.NET and mother board page etc . Using synergetic thought, the paper constructs project structing tree, message transceiver system and authorization mechanism. According to the project structing tree to conduct project decomposition, the system which adopts e-mail technology based on web can achieve message tracking and commission. It achieves role-based static authorization and task-based dynamic control to reduce the risk of data access without warranted and data misused.4. In order to manage SolidWorks files by use of PLM, the system with C # and web-based further development technology of SolidWorks achieves the function of uploading, new building, editing and real-time checking to SolidWorks files.Based on the synthetic application of Ajax techonlogy, the further development techonlogy of SolidWorks, dynamic link library, ADO and many other kinds of technology, this system takes full advantage of Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005 and SolidWorks, and develops a project management system in PLM oriented to collaborative design, which possesses the function of project decomposition, flow control, permission assignment, statistical report, and 3D solid of part and assembly, and real-time updating in integral whole.
