A company's model development project has the characteristics of multiple research and development models,multiple subjects,and heavy tasks.It involves various business departments of a company and requires close contact and close cooperation between various departments.The company's project has the characteristics of a large time span,complex personnel composition,many related links,scattered resources,etc.The current project management model has low management efficiency,and the company leaders at all levels cannot accurately control the project progress and project expenditures.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a multi-project collaborative management system to manage the entire life cycle of enterprise projects.Based on the entire process of the development of a multi-project collaborative management system,this thesis first introduces the current status and existing problems of the company's current project management model,and points out the need to build a multi-project collaborative management system to improve project management.In addition,by investigating and analyzing the corresponding project management systems at home and abroad,the analysis results show that there are still many barriers to the use of the existing system,which confirms that this topic has a greater research significance.The thesis first analyzes the overall construction requirements of the project system,especially focusing on the analysis and design for the business function section and business process section.In the process of analyzing and designing the project management system,this paper not only clarifies the system design principles and application framework,but also clarifies the composition of the system construction technology and application modules.From bottom to top,the system application architecture is the presentation layer,application service layer,basic service layer,unified access control layer,and data storage layer.The technical architecture determines the key technologies and framework systems adopted by the system,and points out that the system mainly uses development technologies such as Spring.Net and Nhibernate framework.Then the system function structure and network deployment situation are designed,and the database is designed from two aspects of conceptual model E-R diagram and database table structure.The thesis develops and implements system functions.The management section of the multi-project collaborative management system mainly includes core functions such as projects,funds,contracts,quality,risk,scientific research plans,and comprehensive Kanban.First,complete the design of the function sequence diagram and class diagram through the Unified Modeling Language(UML),and then implement the coding,and finally test the performance,function,and data of the system.The test results show that the multi-project collaborative management system,the functions basically meet the needs of use,and the operating performance is relatively stable,with the conditions for release and online.The research of this subject has very important practical significance.The development and application of the system provide a networked work platform and information management tools for various departments of a company.The system improves the staff's work efficiency and project management level,and can accurately,timely,comprehensively and systematically reflect the scientific research project information to the scientific research management department and leaders at all levels of the company.It not only provides data support for leadership decision-making,but can also carry out scientific research project activities efficiently and smoothly.Project data can be transferred and shared among various departments within the enterprise,which improves the production level of the enterprise.
