The development of crisis communication with new media is based upon self-development of new media. From the late 20th century to the beginning of this century, communication technology and idea have developed rapidly. New media which is represented by internet and mobile appeared one after another and are developing rapidly since then. Human communication has entered into a new media age. In the traditional era of mass communication, the public was subjected to the monopoly of communication resources, and communication resources were not easily accessible to the public. The traditional process of crisis communication is usually a simple streaming between organizations, the media and the mass. Now, the new media is in people's lives everywhere. Web 2.0, mobile instant messaging and web interactive culture make it easier for people to get close to the media, and even control the media. The emergence and development of new media not only make information transfer faster, more concise and clear to the public, but also make everyone become disseminators, realizing the power of personal information.This thesis firstly analyzes the reason of studying on " crisis communication mode of new media ", that is the research background and significance, literature review, research ideas and content, research methods and main innovation of this topic. The author generally describes this thesis from this four, understanding and the background and significance of the topic, significant research topic, analyzing related research literatures, and lays the foundation for further study. The author analyze the basis of new media crisis communication mode from three aspects:theory, reality and technology. Schramm's two-way interaction theory, Lazarsfeld's opinion leaders theory and used and gratifications theory are basis for this thesis. The thesis lists the factors which help form new media crisis communication mode, by analyzing the external and internal conditions. The thesis focus on the study of all the elements and running of new media interactive crisis communication mode, and the analysis of crisis communication modes of new media and traditional media. The thesis analyzes the crisis communication mode of tianya community, and corresponds with the earlier study, to prove the theoryand refine the results.Based on two-way interaction theory of Schramm building a new media model of the all-way interaction crisis communication combine with the "opinion leaders" of Lazarsfeld theory, we expand the interpersonal communication of the new media all-way interaction crisis communication to "all pinion leaders". Including the analysis of the new media theory of crisis communication theory foundation, realistic foundation, technical foundation, the external and internal conditions of building mode. In the base of model elements, typing and operating mechanism; the constitute of model mode, describing the traditional media and new media crisis communication mode, we analysis the new media all-way interaction crisis communication as the Tianya community for example. Help us understand new media model of the all-way interaction crisis communication more deeply, guide the future of new media crisis communication practice, making the advantage of spreading effect more obviously, help the masses passing through the crisis, and turning crisis into opportunity.
