In recent years, more and more national and multinational corporations have encountered kinds of crises which initiated by the product question. Many factors have the connection with the crisis, such as Science and technology fast developing, the globalization advancement speeding up, public right consciousness surging upward, as well as the social environment complex .But sometime, before the truth turning out, some untruth report by the mass media may put the corporation in the crisis much more deeply. And because reports have created the "trial by newspaper" effect, the in-depth contradictory between the corporation and media has been tensioned.This article is mean to analyze the total crisis communication, mainly focusing on the construction with enterprise's relations between the mass media and the corporation. It uses the two-dimensional angle of view to analyzing the respective standpoints and benefits game in the crisis. Through inquiring the corporation's effective communication strategy with the mass media and guiding the media return to professionalism, it hopes to create a new interactive crisis communication system.The first chapter is from the media angle of view, using the "pseudo-environment" theory by Walter Lippmann and the "society context" theory by J.Meyrowitz, analyzing the media as a vital role in the crisis. The second chapter is from the corporation's angle of view, using the communication and public relations theories to find the effective crisis management pattern, specially the media communication strategy. The third chapter aims at media problems such as disobeying the communication rule and without news professionalism, guiding the media return to the professionalism and recreating good image. The end is to construct harmonious crisis communication system on the basis of the regularity before, during and after the crisis.
