Changsha Mobile Network Planning Software Based On Tabu Algorithm

If Changsha mobile want to solve the expansion of network completely, utilize the resource of base-station evenly and adjust the Paging of network, a software for network planning, which can be used to plan network efficiently and accurately by means of science, is demanded.In this work, the development status and trend of mobile network planning is analyzed at first, then the design of tabu search algorithm is proposed, which integrated geographic information technology, data mining techniques and the others to achieve network optimization.The result of theoretic mature tabu search algorithm has a good controllability and stability of parameter, which is the most advanced and effective algorithm for solving whole optimization presently. It has a good adaptability and more effective to assembled optimization of many data. So it is used as core algorithm of the network planning software.The plan software is based on run data and the relevant data, which are many the data of network configuration, squawk and channels. The software roundly analyzed these data termly, from which can we know network status and offer reference analysis opinion for network optimization. The software can generate report-form of expansion &reduction capacity, disequilibrium of squawk and BSC capacity adjustment, and generate report-form of suggestion for network optimization of LAC area. Projects created by the software is mainly the project of expansion &reduction capacity, disequilibrium of squawk, BSC capacity adjustment, optimization of LAC area.The planning software which based on tabu search algorithm can meet the network planning demand of Changsha mobile in the aspect of advance technology, wieldy, expansibility and dependability. The software can provide good projects for network construction optimization and improvement of service quality, and the results shows that it increase the KPI of Changsha mobile to 12% and obtain society and economic benefit.
