| With the rapid development of economic globalization and informationization, it becomes imperative for every modern company to establish a reliable information system so as to develop and expand.The modern chain retail trade is an industry linking manufacturers, wholesalers, logistics providers and end-customers. However, owing to the extremely large quantity of products and rather disperse distributing network, retailers have to face really high demand on the construction of information system. As a matter of fact, one of the most important aspects in the competition among retailers is just the competition of supply system. The informationization degree of a corporation in managing supply system always plays a determinant role in its cost, efficacy and long-term sustainable development. Meanwhile, as an important link between chain retailers and upstream suppliers, the accounting administration is also a vital part through the whole process of procurement. The purchasers'credibility relies on whether or not they can pay the loan on time. It is true that an accurate,timely and efficient accounting platform is able to make a retailing corporation more competitive than its rivals who do not have such a platform.In this article, we do a comprehensive survey on Beijing Shou Hang Guo li Trading Co.,Ltd. about its current situation of suppliers'settlement. And we find out that its suppliers'settlement system is plagued with many problems. First of all, the current system does not support review, business paper flow as well as information flow, so the capital flow is not monitored effectively. Secondly, the suppliers are not able to complete the settlement approval automatically, and they require manual work to determine the approved amount, resulting in low efficacy and prone to error. Thirdly, headquarters'settlement data can not be shared, and since online review is not realized, they have to complete reviewing by telephone, all of which consequently prolong the financial settlement's cycle and add much more work to suppliers as well as the corporation's accounting department. Finally, the current system lacks an interface for settlement voucher, so the financial settlement documents can only be entered into the financial accounting system one by one and case by case by manual work.To solve the above problems, we provide a resolution according to demand of suppliers'settlement management system, after comprehensive investigation and analysis on the suppliers'settlement administration system of Beijing Shou Hang Guo li Trading Co.,Ltd. and combining with the modern settlement model of today's chain retailers'suppliers. The new system combines the C/S and B/S architecture, and at the same time, adopts a variety of current advanced technology, such as the MVC pattern, JSP technique, JavaBean technique and the Delphi technique, which makes the system highly flexible and general-purpose. Furthermore, on the suppliers' settlement administration system, we complete architecture design, function design and the module function compartmentalization of the analysis system. At last, the system platform is finished and tested. The results show that the system meets the design requirements.After implementation of this project, we believe that the overall level of the settlement informationization will be elevated greatly in Beijing Shou Hang Guo li Trading Co.,Ltd. The project will offer accurate and effective data support to financial settlement and makes suppliers'settlement easy to control and trace. At the same time, an information bridge can be formed between the chain enterprises and suppliers, which will furthermore enhance mutual understanding and trust, and establish a good foundation for cooperation and partnership. |
