Supplier plays an important role in the management of large-scale corporate commerce procurement system.The establishment of a positive interaction and cooperation relationship with supplier can effectively protect the company's legitimate rights and interests in procurement and supply activities.The distribution of the State Grid Corporation of China's cooperative suppliers is relatively extensive,and the situation of each supplier is uneven that the management is relatively difficult.In addition,there are also imperfections in the bidding system.Therefore,with the main objective of enhancing the standardization of flow for goods and funds,the State Grid Corporation of China decides to cite the form of e-commerce to develop the e-commerce platform for the supplier application system.MyBatis framework and other technical forms are adopted for the development work.MyBatis framework includes parts of configuration loading,SQL parsing,SQL execution,and result mapping,and improves the data retrieval efficiency by the base of the implementation of interface binding.Spring MVC framework includes components such as Handler and DispatcherServlet that can receive user requests and return the final results of processing.The application of Oracle database provides the effect of business data management and contributes to the stable operation of the system.The system realizes the functions of registration and change of supplier information in terms of supplier registration and qualification reporting.At the same time,the supplier can fill out qualification information such as basic information and financial information.In the bid management,downloading complete bidding document,encrypting bid document,viewing,uploading,querying bidding result,import and export of packages are the core functions.Contract signing module can complete the confirmation and rejection of the supplier contract.In the process of contract implementation,it is represented by the management of supply plan,production and delivery,and acceptance inspection,which can handle information such as supply plan,drawing interaction,scheduling,and can retrieve information on warranty document,lading bill,acceptance orders,and other documents.Settlement of contract includes management of the letter of guarantee,budget and other contents,and inquiry of fund status.After the application of the system,the entire process of the business procurement work of the State Grid Corporation become informationalized and electronic.By establishing a sound interoperability mechanism with supplier,information sharing between the company and its suppliers is truly realized,and all suggestions and opinions can also be handled in a timely manner.With its open nature,the platform has upgraded the traditional circulation model.The flow of all types of funds and goods has been more rational and efficient,and the allocation of resources has become more scientific.In addition,the application of the system ensures the rationality and fairness of the main business links such as bidding and tendering.
