With the deepening development of 3G, the major mobile operators are all engaged in an intense fight program. In order to improve their core competitiveness of enterprises as quickly as possible from a single mobile operator change for the multi-service integrated communications operator, in line with the principles of transmission first, we must build a business to meet existing and future development of the delivery platform. For transmission network planning and construction must make full use of existing resources, there are plans to gradually step by step expansion and transformation.Since 2008, the former China Netcom and China Unicom since the merger, the former China Netcom's fixed-line transmission of Linfen, China Unicom, move the original transmission of two separate transmission network operation. In 2009, the 3G construction,3G transmission relies on the original main building of the local network transmission Netcom operational load. Transmission network for the current problems on the existing transmission network optimization is very necessary. By optimizing the structure of the transmission network clarity, helping improve the network utilization, play equipment, function, help the network expansion, upgrade and network evolution. The opening of various businesses to ensure easy access to all kinds of new business.Transmission network by optimizing the resources to make full potential of the play, The advantages of integration and to resolve existing problems more clearly into the network structure to support the business richer, more conveninet operation and maintenance, thecircuit of production more efficient, more rational environment equipment, expansion smoother transmission network upgrades, reduce network construction costs and maintenance costs.
