With the continuous development of embedded technology and modern communication network technology matures, our health care system has entered the era of medical information. Medical services to meet the digital, information, networking, building mobile intelligent terminal based wireless information system, develop a functional, user-friendly, portable wireless medical monitoring devices and medical care information system has very important significance.Combined with present, China's hospital medical information systems and related wireless intelligent PDA-depth study of theory and technology, this paper proposes a framework on top of the existing medical information system of medical care based on wireless mobile PDA solution for the medical care system. Use of PDA's mobility and wireless transmission characteristics, so that information systems expand to bed next to the integration of RFID, GSM, Wi-Fi technology, physical signs of the parameters of the patient data collection, storage, processing, extraction and data exchange. PDA based on wireless terminal to establish a database of medical and hospital information systems integration, query or record anytime, anywhere. Medical use of PDA devices with wireless real-time record in the patient's bedside all clinical information of patients reached the goal of health care moving to improve working efficiency, and ensure that patients receive appropriate treatment in the first time, in order to avoid medical errors and accidents and improve health care quality and efficiency. .This paper describes the current medical PDA at home and abroad and the development of the main problems facing the then proposed based on Windows CE PDA medical care for the terminal building mobile medical monitoring information system solutions. Samsung S3C2410 company established to control microprocessor core modules to Wi-Fi technology to build a wireless LAN in the hospital for internal use, GPRS wireless communications as a wireless remote medical care extended to the community or larger area, RFID as a information identification module quickly and easily identify and retrieve patient data in the hardware platform. Detail the function of each hardware module and circuit design, including the external memory expansion module, expansion circuit interface module, LCD touch screen module, Wi-Fi Module, GSM module, RFID module.Hardware platform based on Windows CE operating system further describes the work of BSP development process and functions of each module, specific analysis of the Windows CE system customization process, the functional modules of software design and implementation. The article also PDA-based wireless medical monitoring of medical information system software architecture is briefly described, is established based on the customer side SOL server CE database with the server SQL server 2000 database, C / S mode RDA remote synchronization, remote data access. Details of the SQL server CE database synchronization technology implementation process, including IIS configuration of the detailed steps and specific program implementation.Finally, the article sums up the deficiencies of this design and improvement, and development of wireless medical monitoring PDA outlook, noting that further research focus.
