The paper combines the current development status of wireless medical care and combines with the actual needs of hospitals to design a wireless network real-time monitoring system for physiological parameters based on mobile telemedicine.The main purpose is to realize the real-time monitoring of multiple physiological parameters of multiple patients in a medical monitoring platform of a smart terminal using a wireless manner,so that the medical personnel can perform real-time monitoring of the patient and further protect the life safety of the patient.This topic focuses on the research of medical physiological parameter extraction based on wireless technology,the scheme of real-time monitoring system for networking,and the implementation of software functions in the system.According to the short-range wireless communication standard and the low power consumption requirements of application development,ZigBee technology is selected to set up a wireless sensor network;according to the physiological parameter network real-time monitoring system operability requirements for the monitoring terminal,select PC as system intelligent terminal,IDEA as a tool for software development platform,MySQL as a database for software storage and query data.Through the analysis of the overall system plan,designing the hardware structure and software module of wireless acquisition nodes and coordinators,coordinator network implementation and system data transmission format.Design software functional modules and communication nodules for the overall needs of the system.In the intelligent terminal software platform,data transmission between the wireless collection node and the coordinator is realized,and the collected data is displayed on the software platform in real lime to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring,at the same time the database is created to complete the storage and management of the data.Testing result:The system adopts ZigBee technology to realize the establishment of sensor network,the software platform can receive multiple physiological parameters of multiple acquisition nodes in real time and store it to the database.Make a reference comparison between the system test results and the electronic instrument and analyze that the error is within the controllable range.It can satisfy the vital signs parameters of patients and transmit them in real time and without any difference between wireless acquisition nodes,coordinators and intelligent terminals.
