The Mobile Information System Of Hospital Based On The Smart Terminal

With the arrival of information era, as well as people's increasing demand for health care, a large number of information technology used in medical. Communications technology, computer hardware, software contributed greatly to help the development of digital work about hospitals and other medical institutions. Based on the latest developments of hospital information systems, this paper presents a wireless medical information system. It combines the modern hospital management thinking; resolves a variety of issues of the current hospital information system. It developed a mobile hospital information system which is reliable, convenient and extensible.This article first introduced the current domestic and foreign health care information systems include the problems it faced, and then put forward a solution which used Microsoft's Windows Mobile operating system as terminal equipment, then it introduces details about .NET development platform, Visual Studio environment and C#. This paper analyzes the wireless medical information system throughout server to the client framework; designs a synchronization technology program with SQL Server database and SQL Mobile database. It chooses Replication technology to achieve data synchronization; introduces the configuration about server-client side and the detail of program. It compares a variety of wireless networks then chooses Wi-Fi and GPRS to be transmission of wireless network. At last it describes the software system architecture, functions of various modules and various tables. The test of wireless medical information has been carried out in laboratory environment and test result shows that the system is practical, convenient and portable.Finally, the paper summed up the work and research about wireless medical information system, it will develop to community and urban.
