Research On User Satisfaction Of Library Information Resource Construction Under The Value Creation Theory

At present,the number of information is rapidly increasing.To build the information resources system which meets the needs of users under the background of the growth of information,the library should grasp the changes of users' needs.In order to construction information resources and meet more users' needs,the library has been using the Web2,0 interactive platform to interact with its users,via the social network and instant messaging software in practice.The study of library user satisfaction gradually towards the "user-centric"?"user satisfaction".This paper aims to research the user satisfaction of library information resources construction.In the practice of library information resource construction,users have already begun to express their resource needs through the open platform provided by the library.The librarian who collect library information resources will also invite users to participate the book fair,so that users can choose the favorite books.Resource construction is not just rely on librarians to carry out,and the user has also been involved.Therefore,the satisfaction study of information resources construction is worth paying attention to the user's personal quality of information resources,which impact the user satisfaction.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the user satisfaction of library information resources from the perspective of value creation,and studies it.This paper firstly makes a brief introduction to the related theories,mainly about the basic content of the theory of value creation and users satisfaction,and combs the research status of library information resource user satisfaction.Then,combining with the research results of the scholars and the value creating model of the library information resources,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the user satisfaction in the construction of information resources and designs the questionnaire.This factors includes library equipment,information resources,librarian quality,librarian service,user literacy,.In this study,the questionnaire survey of information resources construction of public libraries and university libraries was carried out,and statistical analysis of questionnaire data were carried out by SPSS16.0.It is concluded that the library equipment,information resources,librarian quality and user's quality have entered the regression model of user satisfaction.The librarian service variable does not enter the stepwise regression model.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions:to carry out various forms of value to create activities to solve the problem of low efficiency of resource processing,not to inform the service in place,chaos racks and other issues;to strengthen the library equipment construction and maintenance,Improve the information resources system,to solve the problem of less information resources,unreasonable allocation of resources;to strengthen librarian training and user training,to enhance librarian service capabilities and user information literacy.
