Digital Construction Of Library Information Resources Normative Framework For The Study

At first, the following three aspects are discussed in this paper: the definition of standard and its function in implementing information resource digitization project in library; the level of standard and the standard framework and guidance that should be used in the main stages of life circle in the digitization project implementation, including preparation for digitization, storage and management of the digital master file, metadata description, digital resource publishing and disclosure of digital resource.Then In the project preparatory stage, mainly discussed the hardware choice, the software choice, the environment establishment, primary information resources carrier processing, the personnel train. In the digital host documents memory and the management standard, mainly discussed the documents form, the storage medium choice, the preserved strategy. In the metadata the description standard in, mainly introduced the describing metadata, the managerial metadata, the keeping metadata, the structural metadata, the digital resources gathers metadata. The digital resources issued the standard mainly discussed the transmission process, the Web stand.In last chapter of resources sharing, introduced the number according to harvests, the distributional search, the RDF frame and the Web main body.
