This In recent years, driven by the rapid development of information technology, the process of the Digital Library Speed up, the Library's electronic services accounted for an increasing proportion of library services.But the quality assessment for the library of electronic services is less.At Home and abroad,the theory research of electronic service quality has had a series of research results, but mainly for retail and commercial websites.Therefore, Based on the SERVQUAL model and learned from the traditional library service quality assessment and business assessment of electronic service quality theory and practice of research, the paper try to introduce electronic service quality measurement method and put forward a set of evaluation index system in the library,which come from the user perceived point of view and investigating the library e-service quality determinants and evaluation criteria of the research. Unlike previous, this index system is not a pre-determined set of indicators.On the basis of investigating the relevant theory and practice of the library service quality evaluation from domestic and abroad,it is identified through the indicators discussed,content analysis, survey research, factor analysis and tests it's reliability and validity.This paper chooses Shanxi University Library electronic services users as the empirical study object.based on the pre-survey and ussed Likert five-point, the study measures the various indicators from the expected value,experience value and tolerance values.The survey questionnaires were distributed 400 copies,of which the effective recovery of 354.In order to improve service levels,By data processing and statistical analysis,this research assesses Scientifically Shanxi University Library's electronic services and tables a series of countermeasure and proposal,Which aims to improve the service level.In addition,the paper proves the availability of index system for quality evaluation of library electronic services in order to provide some consultant revelation to the future study in this field.
