Study On High-tech Industrial Development Zone Library Intelligence Service Quality Evaluation Index System

With the development of economy, many places have constructed the Hi-tech IndustrialDevelopment Zones libraries which mainly give more all-round and multilevel intelligenceservice to the development of this region. However, the service quality evaluation methodscan not satisfy the development demands. Therefore, establishing a set of standardized andeffective service quality evaluation system is very necessary.This paper adopted the method of literature research, questionnaire survey, expertinvestigation, combining qualitative and quantitative mathematical statistics, put forward thebackground and significance of this thesis, and systematically summarized the researchprogress in recent ten years of domestic and foreign intelligence service quality evaluationand practice; Then on the basis of analyzing the concept of intelligence service in Hi-techIndustrial Development Zone and information service quality evaluation, this articleexplained the evaluation index system’s construction foundation; Thereafter from four aspectsof service guarantee, service level, cost effectiveness and user satisfaction initially constructedthe library intelligence service evaluation index system. Using the Delphi method to releasethe first round expert questionnaire to make the index better and improve the inner logic, aftermaking sure of the index system, then release the second round of expert questionnaire. Thisround need the experts give scores and sequence, then all the index could be recognized byexperts. After that this article adopted the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weightcoefficient of each index in order to specific index value in actual use and realize thequalitative index quantitative problem; Finally, the deficiency in the study and expectation inthe future were proposed, in order to provide guidance and reference for the development ofHi-tech Industrial Development Zone Library intelligence service.
