Design Of Tobacco Drying Kiln Control System

Baking is an important part of the production of flue-cured tobacco , deciding the quality, good baking make tobacco having good color and taste. In our country, traditional tobacco curing process equipment a bit older, larger labor force, labor-intensive farmers, income is not obvious.For these conditions, according to the produce requirement of dried tobacco company, designed tobacco drying kiln control system,which taking universal MCU as core of the system, using Fuzzy control Theory, Depending on the sensor that detected the kiln temperature and humidity values,control motor to adjust the wind speed and open degree of sunroof,In order to achieve automatic control of the entire kiln, while making temperature and humidity shown on the liquid crystal screen。Some points are focused on this paper:(1)Designed STC89C52 MCU as the core of the control system, through the software to debug the MCU Program in Keil, aim at displaying the temperature and humidity.(2)Make choice of temperature sensor and humidity sensor through C language to program, achieveing the communication between MCU and sensor.(3)Contrapose the curing process of tobacco exist nonlinear and coupling ,it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, this system choose fuzzy control as a control method, Identified fuzzy control rule table meet the needs of tobacco curing.(4)Writting in control algorithm based on fuzzy control rules in C, using stepper motor to drive heating system and roof system, achieveing the temperature and humidity control.(5)Peripheral hardware circuit which is based on MCU realize the measurement and leiten temperature and humidity into the MCU, compile C program of LCD, alarm, motor drives and other procedures, finally realizes the temperature and humidity values are display in the LCD screen and the function of motor drive circuit.In this paper, combine the actual production condition of cigarette, design a kind of tobacco drying kiln automatic control system based on single-chip, realize the automatic control of temperature and humidity in drying kiln, provide the theoretical basis of improvement and development for automatic control system.
