The technology of starter propagation had carried on many transformations from the artificial making starter to the mechanical stepping starter, but the system still exists many problems, such as low productivity,instability of the starter block quality and low automation degree. In view of the above questions, this subject researches and develops a multi-driving and compounding transmission continuous producting system of block which uses mechanical and electrical hydraulics integration technology and the control idea.This subject has carried on the detailed design for the mechanical systems, the hydraulic systems and the controlling system of the block continuous producing system, which is based on the mechanical producting system of block. Because of applying multi-driving and compounding transmission system, this system effectively avoids the defects of great noise, high failure rate, the unchanging pressure and difficult maintenance of the traditional mechanical transmission system. In stead of crank - spring pressure mechanism, the application of the hydraulic control system on stepping starter module has fundamentally resolved the question of the random variation of stepping strength, and the pushing pressure, the dropping speed and the time of pressure maintaining are basically adjustable and controllable.This subject uses the thought of the modular designing to design the detecting and controlling system including the hardware circuit module, the local controlling module of the inferior computer and the remote monitoring module of the master computer. The hardware control module applies the technology of the multi-sensor to achieve to the accurate measurement of the key parameters and applies the control methods of weak electricity controlling strong electricity circuit to control the operation condition of the various implementing mechanism. The inferior computer uses the modular structure of the CPU226 PLC and its extension modules of S7-200 series and operates controlling procedures to complete the collection, analysis of on-site data and the output of controlling command. The master computer using 630H Advantech industrial computer, run the ForceControl Configuration Software to implement the function of data display, parameter setting, the remote monitoring.The positioning and movement of mold box influences the work of stepping starter greatly, which decides the system success or failure. This subject uses the stepper motor system and wheel -cam -spring mechanism to achieve smooth movement and precision positioning of the mould box. This subject brings forward PLC control technology based on the multi-sensor detection to achieve the coordinate movement between the mold box and the wine- hammer.The quality of Fen-flavor liquor is restricted by the species and the growth-reproduction speed of microorganism as well as the biochemical properties of a variety of enzymes, which are affected by the moisture content of the starter block, whether the moisture content is too high or not. So this subject applies the fuzzy PID controlling algorithm to the starter material agitation system to achieve to mix starter material at a fixed ratio, which has resolved effectively the imbalance issues such as disproportion of water and material, and guaranteed the stability of the quality of the starter block.The correctness of the controlling procedures and the coordination of the actions were verified by the laboratorial experiments .At the same time the industrial experiments were carried on and the superiorities of the continuous producing system of the starter block was verified by performance comparison, so it gets that the design achieves the requirements of industrial applications.
