| Banana wine automatic production line is important equipment to improve yield and quality of banana wine and reduce the labor intensity. This thesis carries on the design of the automatic production line control system, completes the installation and debugging. Fermentation temperature control is the key factor to improve the quality of banana wine in the production line, but the temperature control has the characteristics of large inertia, serious lag phenomenon and difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, which bring great challenges to the control process. By controlling the temperature of the fermentation tank through fuzzy PID, reaches such indicator as controlling temperature control within a short time and smaller overshoot.Based on the study of banana wine making technology, the thesis determines the important link of banana wine production line, obtains temperature control transfer function of fermentation tank through experiment. Simulates PID and fuzzy PID on the fermentation temperature control system by using MATLAB Simulink software, comparises and selects fuzzy PID as the fermentation temperature control scheme. After the intensive study of banana wine production line, the author designs the overall program of the automatic control system, selects the main equipment of control system, the main control program through PLC programming so as to achieve main program control, fermentation tank temperature control and fuzzy PID control. Using Siemens WinCC configuration software to design automatic operation interface, parameter setting interface, cleaning and sterilizing system, material conveying system, fermentation tank cooling system, it shows the effects and the PLC control process on the computer interface, thus realizing man-machine communication. After the Installation and debugging of banana wine production line automatic control system, the fermentation temperature was set at12℃, the temperature of fermentation of banana wine is reduced to12℃within2hours by the control system, while the error is±0.5℃, which meet the technological requirements, so banana wine is of good quality. |
