With the development of production technology and people's awareness of using the energy rationally, the traditional using single raw material to produce is often changed to use multiple raw materials. In order to meet the demand of such production, the article designs a kind of automatic follow-material system based on ARM7 core microcontroller. This system changes the traditional conveyor belt to a new system which has the function of achieveing a number of raw ingredients production. This design is low cost, can be greatly used in the project of changing the conveyor belt to ingredients system, and has a certain reference value.The paper collects the techniacl data widely, and analyses them deeply. On one hand, in-depth studies the existing ingredients system, and combine the development status now, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages. On the other hand, from the system's accuracy, reliability, functionality and other aspects, the paper discusses detailed. Base on them, it combines with the system's functional requirements and the new technologies in the field of scales, designed the automatic batching system.The automatic follow-material system uses the AT91SAM7X256 as the main controller which produced in ATMEL, 32-bit microcontroller. According to functional requirements, the paper designs double weight channels and one speed channel, has a 2-way switch inputs, 2-way switch volume output, analog input, analog output, 8 cumulant shows and 4 flow shows and so on. In addition, in order to meet the system debugging and the requirements of different clients, this design provides tons of pulses output interface, RS232 interface, RS485 interface, USB and other interfaces. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the system operation speed and accuracy, this design uses a 24-bit serial A/D converter CS5532 data sample. As the CS5532 has a wide dynamic range, low power consumption, anti-interference ability and other characteristics, with the ARM7 core microcontroller, can greatly enhance the computing speed and accuracy of the product, and effectively overcome the system, weighing in the process of instability.Finally, through debugging the system to verify the design is reasonable, note some of the problems in the system design process, and looking forward to the next stage of the proportioning system development and design focus.
