With the development of sensor detection technology, electronic technology, computer technology,weighing equipment also have developd from the old mechanical lever scales to the electronic scales for weighing sensor as the detection element. Electronic batching scales and other belt is emerging as a high-tech industries and countries around the world, the widespread concern, further introduction of new technology, the development of automatic weighing system to enhance the dynamic weighing accuracy, strengthen the network function is the focus of the development of all countries. China’s weighing industry has begun to take shape, but the high-end products weighing technical backwardness, proactively develop our own intellectual property rights in high-grade products weighing on the development of China’s weighing industry is of great significance.Therefore,the belt batching scales becomes this thesis’s researching subiects, and depthly discussed some common issues when system is weighing material to inprove batching scales weighing accuracy in this thesis.Belt batching scales have used belt as the transmission tools for handling material to weighing these several materials according to a predeterminged ratio with a certain period of time.When batching scales is transporting materials,it’s frequently presented some issues of the material’s flow rate lag,that is the cumulative flow of the material is often less than the required proportion,and it’s mainly due to the deviation of the data when load cell installed on the batching scales is weighing materials.Accordingly,in order to solve such problems,this thesis will ues a ray prediction with the prediction function to predict the weighing error inadvance and timely compensate it to eliminate the system error and improve the accuracy of the weighing system.When batching scale is running,because of the presence of the confounding affecting the accuracy of the system weighing,therefore we need to take some measures to reduce or eliminate unnecessary interference to improve the accuracy of the weighing system.Our thesis will focus on the main several interference there may be on the system,and the weighing system modeling,and siminlink it in MATLAB/Simulink environment and use gray-PID control to reduce or eliminate interference.In the virtual control system. This thesis will mainly discuss the interference of the system load disturbance and the pulse lost when speed sensors is measure the sreed of the material handling.For the situation of the pulse lost,we will use Gaussian white noise to simulate the pulse lost,and make full use of predictive gray control to eliminate the white noise,that is indirectly compensated thepulse loss,and improve the accuracy of the weighing system.
