Embedded weighing technology is an important competitive area of national economic and science and technology, weighing technology have been developed rapidly with the progress of electronic technology and sensors.Accurate weighing instrument is the most important component of proportioning system. Therefore,it is great significant to study and design weighing instrument based on embedded technology.This research can be applied to the Proportioning system of Hopper-shaped, spiral pump and butterfly-shaped valve and continued flow control system. This design provide an effective solution for Proportioning and weighing system and flow control system.The paper collects the techniacl data widely, and analyses them deeply. On one hand, in-depth studies the existing ingredients system, and combine the development status now, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages. On the other hand, from the system’s accuracy, reliability, functionality and other aspects, the paper discusses detailed. Base on them, it combines with the system’s functional requirements and the new technologies in the field of scales, designed the Proportioning and weighing system whose core is ARM7microprocessor.I analyzed Proportioning and weighing system’s basic principles and components in hardware, at the same time,selected the sensor, designed the A/D converter circuit, amplifier circuit, communication and the display module, completed of the hardware design of weighing system. The design provide a lot of communication interfaces such as RS232、RS485and USB for different user needs. To ensure accuracy, Low-pass filter is used in the signal acquisition.μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operating system’s transplantation is analyzed in software. I write the drives program for each modules,and write application program for the system on this operating system platform. Average values algorithm were used to digital filtering in the software.In the control of output, for the feeding system of Hopper-shaped, spiral pump and butterfly-shaped valve the fuzzy control is used.For continued flow control the PID algrithm is used,so the accuray of weighing is improved effectively.
