With the improver in the petrochemical production process, in order to improve the quality of PVC products, require real-time monitoring of rotary jet head conditions, expected to achieve satisfactory cleaning effect to the polymerization reactor, therefore need to develop real-time wireless remote monitoring system of rotating spray head of PVC polymerizerAfter the analysis of the existing domestic and international jet head on the monitor status, the proposal of a new online monitoring program combined with the actual needs of enterprises, using high-precision vibration acceleration sensor measurement, to solve the difficult problem of old programs, improves reliability and practicality of testing system; using the sensor field layout optimization improves the sensor signals the direction of maximum sensitivity sensitive; using the wireless network based on the signal transmission mode overcomes the equipment in the business transformation construction of cable laying in the monitoring system problem.According to the working principle of rotary jet heads, system uses acceleration sensors to sense the impact of rotating water jet head vibration signals polymerization reactor wall, develops using IPC and 24-bit high-precision data acquisition module as a hardware platform, using LabVIEW8.6 software to establish the collection and analysis system for vibration signal processing, real-time online monitoring of rotating spray head working state, and achieves the work of rotary jet heads pre-failure alarm. To meet the need to adopt a modern enterprise application platform based LabVIEW8.6 network communication module, built on site using a wireless bridge with the central control room IPC host of wireless remote monitoring network, and online real-time wireless transmission of vast amounts of data.The system has been run through the actual production assessment. Test data shows that the system reliable, cost-effective, easy to use features.
