In the current situation of domestic sports televisions' fierce competition, CCTV5 maintians an absolute superiority, while some long-established local sports TVs, as what in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong still rule their own regimes. Meanwhile, there is a burning question to relatively weak sports channels of local televisions that how to survive in the cracks, and also to evolve and grow. The CSPN with model of associate production and broadcast emerges in such media environment. To survive and develop well, it adopts a series of tactics:it shares recourses through the inter-regional combination of multi-province televitions; it invites celerities with powerful influence to host the show; it programmes and makes up in an original way. However, there are some problems to solve immiately:the TV picture is not clear enough; the design and position of the signs of screen are lack of rationality; there are some flaws in the cooperation of local TVs; and it isn't prepare for impact from the other media. Therefore, it needs to recommend and cultivate talents in the internal creation and refomation; to forge their own brand name programs through the development in the terms of variation, localization, specialization and minority; to broaden its coverage and carry out rational division of labor among its member TVs. In addition, it is needed to strenghen the external cooperation with homogenous and heterogenous media. CSPN is a worth learning model to local sports TVs, no matter whether it is successful. And it is also enlightening for both professional TVs and other media.
