| With the fusion-based, open architecture of next generation network the gradual formation of open API technology to third-party service provider independent of the network environment in the development of value-added services in the proposed new solution. Next-generation networks for business development will be mainly open interface approach. Currently, Parlay/Parlay X for openness, scalability and independence of the underlying network characteristics, access to the industry and has been widely recognized.In this paper, value-added services and Parlay X technology, elaborated the effect of the Parlay X in value-added business development proccess. First of all, the paper elaborated the current situation on the value-added services and reviewed the Parlay X Web Service technologies, and then combined with Parlay X Technical, the paper introduces the mobile value-added service platform requirement analysis and architecture design, and for short message service data management module, the connection management module, receive/send messages module, message format processing module and short message service module, the paper elaborated the detailed design and implementation, currently, the platform has put into use, running well. |
