The control of multivariable system is difficulty in control domain for along time, However, traditional control of PID is difficult to solve the complexrelationship of multi-coupled and multi time-delay. The internal model controlbecause of its good robustness and control performance, can easily convert toPID, which is widely used in the actual industrial production. Therefore, it hasgood value in research. Aiming at the industrial process object, the filterparameters optimization based on PSO is proposed. V-standard with filterdecoupling internal model control method based on reverse decoupling isproposed on the basis of researching multivariable decoupling and standardize,and the compensation of object time-delay is solved.1、 In order to solve the approximation of time delay, Taylorapproximation, first order Pade approximation and all-pole approximation areused. Aiming at the control object containing time delay, the internal modelcontroller is designed. The simulation results show that all-pole approximationis better than Taylor approximation and first order Pade approximation.2、The parameter of filter is very important for control system. There is no precise guideline to determine the value of parameter. Therefore, theoptimization method of parameter based on PSO search is proposed in thispaper. Meanwhile, the optimized internal model controller is inverted to PIDcontroller. The simulation studies show that this method is superior tonon-optimized PID controller and avoid the inaccuracies of empirical value.3、Due to the complex structure of multivariable system, decoupling isvery important to multivariable internal model control. Therefore, themultivariable decoupling is researched in detail. The design of reversedecoupling is simple. And decoupled control object is not complicated. Usingreverse decoupling, the structure of multivariable internal model control isdesigned.4、According to the research of the normative form, the paper proposesthe V-form decoupling internal model control with filters based on theinverted decoupling internal model control. The method combines thedecoupler and the controller, to avoid the accumulation of errors. And thepaper increases the time delay compensation to obtain the generalized objectto solve the impact of time delay. The simulation results show that theproposed method has good robustness and control performance. V-normcontroller is easy to transform into the IMC-PID form, it is conducive toapply in actual process.
