Design Of Emergency Communication Data Platform Based On SCDMA Technology For Electric Power

With the development of SCDMA technology and the demanding of establishing an emergency communication system in electric power enterprises, based upon SCDMA technology, a type of emergency communication data integration platform is put forward.Based on analyzing the needs of emergency communication and IEC61970 information integration standard in power companies, a framework of emergency communication data integration platform is provided, which uses SCDMA as communication access network, CORBA and CIM model as data integration model, CIS as application interface. Meanwhile, the content of integration data is discussed. Additionally, the privacy data base system which belongs to the data platform is realized. The design process is given. Moreover, Client sever program is realized and a reference for application is provided. As a result, this data platform will absolutely provide high reliable communication and information support to electric company.
