In recent years, there are a large number of "abandoned light", "abandoning wind" phenomenon appeared in the Power Grid of China. The main reason for these phenomenon is the information in current EMS has been unable to meet the needs of the power grid construction and operation.Integrating geographical, meteorological information on EMS is imperative.By analyzing the problems of integrating heterogeneous information, changeable integrated rules, integrated information standardization,the cost and efficiency of Integration, and depth study of the semanti integration and sharing data, this paper proposed a solution which combining CIM model, Semantic Web and Hadoop to semantically integrating of relational databases and XML data.At first, the thesis Establish a standard model by adding IEC61850 standard model(SCL), geographic information model (ARC/INFO), meteorological information model (MICAPS) to Common Informantion Model(IEC61970 CIM).Secondly, In order to semantic integrating the grid, geographical, meteorological information,the thesis used Semantic Web technology to translate models and heterogeneous data sources into semantic statement and become a library of ontology and instance. Thirdly, the thesis stored semantic integrated information on the computer Hadoop cluster, and develop the semantic query logic based on SPARQL Query Language. In the end, the thesis developed common service interfaces which based on IEC61970 series standard.So that,the semantic integrated information could be exchanged commonly and standardly.
