Because of their efforts, the audience knew what had occurred and what the party and government was doing. In the following four specific cases, it can be seen that as the most influential TV media in China, CCTV report the outbreak, development of disasters and the process of government and people fighting against disasters. All of these reports are the result of CCTV integrating all the resources that can be integrated. With these reports, CCTV shows the world Chinese national and state image from our own perspective. CCTV have done a good work on fact sheets reflecting rescuing process and follow-up to stabilize the mood of people. CCTV made a perfect respondent to the world's focus for China with these reports. Compared with foreign media, CCTV grasps the direction of public opinion and main leadership right more accurately; and compared with heretofore reports, the advancement and innovation about reporting public emergency CCTV have taken in recent 10 years provide valuable experience for other domestic media and make CCTV the leader of domestic.The material I collected about CCTV public emergency report in recent 10 years can be divided into two parts, one part is news category. It is consisted of several messages, newsletter and news features. The other is special subject category, it is consisted of in-depth reporting and special program. All of the material is not systematic and is only the related report about some emergency during some certain time. It is can be seen that there has not been one systematic paper researching CCTV public emergency report in recent 10 years. But in recent 10 years, CCTV has made a great achievement on the public emergency report. The experience and exhortation CCTV has got have an important significance of guiding the practice. So it has academic value to research CCTV public emergency report. In the article "The research of CCTV public emergency report in recent 10 years", the record of CCTV public emergency report in recent 10 years has been systematized, its features have been enumerated and the experience has been summarized. The article also reflects the features and developmental trend of CCTV public emergency report. In this paper, taking various featured events as samples, I would analyze the report of the flood in 1998, the report of SARS in 2003, the report of snow disaster in 2008 and the report of Wen Chuan earthquake which have great significance deeply. Then I would summarize the experience of these reports and find out the deficiencies of them. And a series of measures and tactics aiming at guiding the practice of public emergency report would be proposed in order to make a theoretical exploratory research towards the development and advancement of CCTV public emergency report.
