Problems And Strategies Of Media Wechat Account In The Report Of The Public Emergencies

With the rapid development of mobile Internet,the strong relationship between social networking platform based on the network-WeChat has become an inseparable part of people's lives,changing the way of people's communication and lifestyle.WeChat platform on the line for people to create a new channel for the dissemination of information,and in its unique form,constantly deconstruction of newspapers,radio and television based traditional media mass communication pattern.The occurrence of public emergencies has been paid more and more attention by people,and the access channel of news information is riching and varing.The WeChat platform has become one of the main channels for the "sound" of the major media in the reporting of emergencies.Combined with the current development of the WeChat platform,this study through the literature analysis method,content analysis method and case analysis method,based on the analysis of the current media reports,WeChat public emergency situation,further study the media reported WeChat public accidents when the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding strategies.In the first chapter of this study,the development history communication characteristics and application value of the media WeChat account are expounded,and the value of the WeChat platform in the transmission of the incident is affirmed.The second chapter takes the case of "the explosion of Tianjin port of 8.12" as an example to introduce the reaction of the media and the situation of the report.At the same time,the research objects samples were quantitatively analyzed by using content analysis method,through the sample coverage of the reported theme,genre and manuscript types constructed,coverage analysis research object of Tianjin port explosion case report content,form and release the type of emergencies,summarize the current media reports of WeChat the status quo.The third chapter,the basic analysis method of the conclusion in the content on the platform with WeChat's own development,causes the media WeChat accounts currently exists in the emergency report problems and a brief analysis of problems.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the first two chapters,combined with the currentmedia environment,puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.The study found that the current WeChat accounts,there are four problems in the reported incidents: platform restrictions,lack of effectiveness;excessive praise from public opinion;one-way communication,transfer window;news amalgamation,lack of depth.WeChat platform inherent problems in the problem,there is also WeChat account for emergencies reported the problems,and the causes of the problems in every problem are summarized,the interaction effect of these causes and restricts the news influence and users experience.In this regard,this study puts forward the corresponding strategies: to create a platform for emergency response,improve the balance mechanism of public opinion,optimize the communication model and innovative thinking mode.The study found that,from the practical point of view,this research from the content analysis method to analyze,to relevant media reports,the public representative as the research object,points out the existing reports in the emergency media problems,to guide the media and the government to improve the media environment,strengthen the mechanism of WeChat news platform the media makes full and effective use of the WeChat platform reported emergencies.At the same time,this study from the perspective of the user experience,improve the communication channels of media WeChat channel interaction,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the use of WeChat users,improve the purpose of news dissemination.
