Research On The Development Of System Of Organization Of China Central Television

As the first media organization of China, China Central Television (CCTV) plays a decisive role in the more than fifty years of history of the development of China's TV media industry. It represents the development of China's TV media with the typical characteristics of the development of the industry. For more than fifty years, every transformation and progress of CCTV in various aspects including organization structure adjustment,personnel system, industrial management and etc has embraced distinct time characteristics. It is one of the most representative organizations in the development of system of organization of China's TV media.This paper is consisted of five chapters with CCTV as the object of investigation, the development course of CCTV as the focal point of research. This paper conducts a comprehensive discussion on the transformation process of CCTV's organization structure, program production and industry integration and a detailed analysis on the transition of the system of organization of CCTV by adopting the graphic demonstration method. Firstly, this paper discusses the change and development of the system of organization of China's TV media since the foundation of the People's Republic of China. Secondly, it analyzes the external background and internal environment of the change and development and proceeds to discuss in detail the traction influence of system on the development and advance of China's TV media. By describing and analyzing the track of development in several stages and the current condition of CCTV, this paper discusses CCTV's continued adjustment of organization structure and development and improvement of its communication ethic, conducts in-depth analysis of the realistic motivation, gain and loss of CCTV's reform on press system, personnel system and industrial management integration, and proceeds to research on the system of organization of China's TV media.An analysis of CCTV's development will see close relationship between Chinese TV media development and its periphery environment. Along with development of economic globalization and information technology, CCTV faces far more challenges than it did before. From the perspective of communication, the role of publicity to the overseas audience is also that of publicity of the overseas viewpoint. The news coverage done by international journalist bureaus of Chinese TV media around the world is different from serving the request of producing and integrating news content for channels targeting at overseas audience, but to produce international and China-related news with Chinese perspective or Chinese standpoint for its headquarter in Beijing. It will be used not only by international channels aimed at overseas Chinese, but also channels covering overseas audience, as well as internet, mobile phone and other new media. The international news, where their reports focus on and global public opinion emphasizes on, determines those bureaus'role as mouthpiece for the State and economic groups. It is not possible to change the imbalance between western and oriental opinion overnight and could only be accomplished by years of persistence and efforts. But with firmly adherence to the set goal, more active cooperation with international mainstream media, deepening interaction with media from neighboring countries, there is no doubt that the international communication undertaking of Chinese TV media marches on the road to a brighter future.
