Nowadays, with the development of intelligent building, Intelligence has been becoming mainstream technology, ranging from Air Conditioning Systems, Fire Systems to the Security System and perfect Computer Network and Communication Systems. However, most buildings are still using the traditional lighting control methods. Some smart buildings use Building Automation (BA) systems to monitor lighting, but only simply regional lighting and timer switches. In contrast, Intelligent Lighting System reflects strong advantages. It is being applied in Intelligent Buildings more and more widely. Modern architectural lighting not only is required for people to work, study and live, or to provide a good visual conditions, but also is needed to create comfotbable lighting environment used of the shape of light, to meet the psychological and physical demands of people.This paper, at the background of the actual research projects, analysis of the intelligent lighting control system of the origin, development and current situation, in the related technology demonstration based on the analysis, has planned and designed of the system architecture. According to the requirements of convenience, simplicity and agility, this paper has designed a kind of Distributed Intelligent Lighting Control System based on Wireless and Power Line Carrier Technology. Its main tasks include:1. Propose program design of the systems, describe main function of the system,and analyze the main features of the system.2. Design the host controller based on DSP TMS320F2812.3. Elaborate Theory of Power Line Carrier and design Power Line Carrier Modules.4. Analyze encoding/decoding theory of PT2262/PT2272 chips, and design Wireless Transmitter and Receiver Circuits with 315MHz.5. According to the actual needs, design unit controller, analyze its switching performance. 6. Design software of the unit controller, for its function of dimming, initialization and the software decoding.
