This paper has introduced the present domestic and international research currentsituation of power line carrier technology at first. The carrier communication of thepower line, as a kind of important communication means, in the smart home, widelyused in the intellectual building. Do not need to carry on the transformation andfavoring by people already existing building arrangement as a simple and directmethod. Airfield lighting system to be to ensure the important eye of the plane flightsafety to look at and help the apparatus of boat at the airport, play a key role while theplane enters near and land. It is too normal to concern the security that the plane takesoff and lands to help the operation of the boat light system directly.
