Research And Development Of Salary Management System For The Power Supply Enterprise

According to the demand analysis and new technology development direction, the salary management information system was developed. First, based on the investigation of company's salary management, demand analysis and system design for salary management information system was gained, developing model and development platform were selected. System function module is completed, which is divided into seven functional modules: system maintenance module, personnel files and wage level management module, wage project settings module, wage maintenance module, wage statistics module, historical records module, rights management module.Then corresponding database and data sheet were established, including basic data table, salary table, wage set tables, statistical analysis table. Finally, PowerBuilder6.5 and Oracle8.0.5 is selected for the former empoldering tool and the background database respectively, the salary management information system is developed based on C/S mode.
