As the cosmopolitan energy crisis becomes more and more serious day by day, the search for new alternative energy is an inevitable tendence. Because ethanol gasoline has the advantages of easy access, little pollution, low price and so on, it has been broadly used in the developed countries. There are many kinds of ethanol gasoline blending distributing oil control systems abroad, which are very precise. But they are mainly used in the mass flowmeter and the prices of the systems are quite high. While the main flowmeters used in petrol distributing oil system in our country are volume flowmeters, so the imported blending control equipments cannot gear with the volume flowmeters. But the high price of importing a complet set of foreign blending control device is burdensome to middle and small oil depot. So it is necessary to design a cheap latemodel distributing controller with blending function.The paper introduces the technological flow and the feild equipment of Ethanol gasoline blending distributing oil control system briefly. Based on it, the configuration and function of blending distributing oil controller are mainly discussed in this thesis. DSP is the core in the controller, and field display, communication interface is a part of the controller, which has character of anti-knocking. After the design of hardware and special software of VC5402 are finished, the system can fullfill the functions of blending, distributing oil batch set, controlling Electro-hydraulic Valve and pump action, communication with host computer, alarm of slop oil and electrostatic earth and so on.Oil depot belongs to burnable and explosible environment, dynamoelectric valve used in general blending sysytem as the actuator of Ethanol gasoline blending system can hardly meet the explosible need. And it's too expensive to use the explosible dynamoelectric valve. So Electro-hydraulic Valve is used as flow control component of distributing oil system in oil depot nowadays. This Electro-hydraulic Valve is a nonlinear execution unit. Fuzzy control does not rely on the characteristic of establishment of the shrewd accurate mathematics model of controlled object with its control algorithm, and has got wide applications in the control of nonlinear system. Therefore, the fuzzy control algorithm designed in this thesis can adjust the open and close of Electro-hydraulic Valve. The fuzzy algorithm is programmed by the special language of VC5402, and good control effect is achieved.
