The selection of the improved variety and the spreading cultivation of the beer yeast plays a key role in order to keep a steady quality and the pure taste in the beer production process. With the extension of the production scope and the development of the automation level in Chinese beer enterprise, the spreading cultivation process of the beer yeast is becoming an important links for keeping purity reproduction of the yeast cell mass,decreasing the reproduction time, satisfying the production requirement.Based on the summarizing and analyzing the reaserch achievements for the continuous process control and the control strategy at home and abroad, and according to the control requirements of the spreading cultivation process and the technology features, a variable structure fuzzy temperature control strategy was adopted,which used in YCC-1 automatic control system of the spreading cultivation of the beer yeast.Based on a kind of international advanced spreading cultivation technology and an enclosed system,through analysis and simulation for several schemes, a fuzzy control strategy is adopted in the automatic control system of the spreading cultivation of the beer yeast,and a good control performance has been achieved.Based on above research achievements and the practical application,an artificial neural network model is proposed for the spreading cultivation of the beer yeast ,and is used in the dynamic predict of the spreading cultivation process,which provides a theoretical model and control strategy for the improving the intelligent level of the spreading cultivation process of the beer yeast.
