Floating crane is a hoisting machinery which is takes by the ponton, in port construction, shipbuilding and engineering, bridge construction, underwater salvage, and various marine engineerin, floating crane are widely used. The drive system of large crane's various organizations (main and auxiliary hoisting, luffing, slewing), does not require the speed, but the requires stable speed regulation control and speed accuracy. There are hydraulic drive and direct motor drive two kidns of common drive type schemes. As a result of the inevitable leakage of hydraulic system, the organization must set other establishment reliable brake facility, moreover the hydraulic system total efficiency is somewhat lower, therefore the corresponding crane power capacity increases. In recent years, along with the mature and application of frequency conversion velocity modulation technology, to use the frequency conversion velocity modulation motor become the recent trend of development,In this paper, the 100t full-rotating floating crane electric control system is the object of study, combinates with the crane structure and transmission characteristics of the floating crane, carry out the design of frequency conversion velocity modulation system, base on the research of fuzzy control and neural network, use the fuzzy neural network control the frequency conversion velocity modulation motor.Main thesis:(1) Introduced the structure and the characteristic of floating crane, understand the controlled plant fully, may the effective optimization electrical system control program.(2) Studying the constitute of floating crane electrical control system, includes hoisting mechanism, luffing mechanism, rotating mechanism, linkage station.(3) Studying the mathematical model of AC induction motor which establish on the MT coordinate system, variable frequency vector control theory, the fuzzy control and the neural network theory, including the composition, principle of work and model establishment of fuzzy control and neural network, and the principle of based on T-S fuzzy neural network model.(4) Studying the floating crane's variable frequency vector control system in the MATLAB simulation,which is base on control of fuzzy neural network. We can use control the amplitude electrical motor, to adujsting the magnitude of the amplitude change which is bring by ship heeling. Finally, carries on the fuzzy neural network control system MATLAB simulation, and analysis to the result. In this paper, combinates with the research of 100t full-rotating floating crane electrical control system, another new concept,fuzzy neural network control system, introduced to the variable frequency vector control system, thereby, we can effective control the dynamic amd static state characteristic. When the floating crane operations at sea, under the bad conditions of the vibrations, large load fluctuation, the floating crane electrical control system can reach a high performance.In short, introduce the fuzzy neural network control to floating crane electric control system, we can improve the control level and control accuracy, it has the practical significance.
