The wireless signal with 3.5GHz as the center frequency is a frequency band with great application value in 5G communication technology.However,due to the high signal frequency in this frequency band,the signal has poor penetration,scattering,and diffraction capabilities,and the effective transmission distance is very short.This shortcoming limits the application of this signal in 5G technology.In order to solve the problem that the 3.5GHz signal transmission distance is not long enough to affect the signal coverage distance,this paper has carried out extensive research on the characteristics of wireless signals and various signal frequency conversion technologies.Starting from the practicability,portability,and ease of use of the frequency conversion module,this article designs a 3.5GHz wireless signal frequency conversion module that can be configured with frequency conversion frequency points,and conducts a detailed test on it.The innovations and contributions of this article are mainly in the following three aspects:1.Designed a frequency conversion module structure with dual frequency conversion channels for wireless signals.This design solves the two main problems of the existing wireless signal frequency conversion scheme:it does not support the wireless signal duplex working mode,and the time delay caused by the additional control circuit.This article has studied in detail the frequency conversion mode and control scheme of the two existing single-channel frequency conversion modules,and found that the existing scheme does not support FDD.Starting from this problem,this article designs a frequency conversion scheme that can support both TDD and FDD duplex communication,and reduces the design of the control circuit,with a simple structure and lower delay.2.Designed a wider variable frequency range.The 3.5GHz frequency conversion module designed in this article can support the input and output of wireless signals in the frequency range of 100KHz-3.8GHz.Compared with the general frequency conversion module,it can meet more application scenarios.3.The designed 3.5GHz signal frequency conversion module has been tested in detail indoor and outdoor.This text has carried on the frequency conversion function test,insertion loss test and communication function test to the 3.5GHz wireless signal frequency conversion module of the produced 3.5GHz wireless signal,carries on the detailed verification to the designed module function.The 3.5GHz signal frequency conversion module designed in this paper has the characteristics of two-way frequency conversion,configurable frequency point,easy installation and deployment,and low power consumption.It can solve the problem of short transmission distance of 3.5GHz signal in 5G communication.It has certain reference in application.Value and practical significance.
