This article classified the main categories of the new media by communication model and profit model. And three case studies including"xiaonei.com","kaixin001.com"and"QQ Space"have been done. It aims to find the connection between the communication model and the profit model of the new media, then the future of the new media can be clearer.Through the various aspects research, including SNS Six Degrees of Separation, social network communication, information delivery mode,network marketing, etc, this paper makes deep, so detailed feasibility analysis on applying SNS to media economy and management, and analyses current network marketing mode and its defects, and has a effective discussion on applying SNS to running mode. This paper also makes in-depth research and analysis on SNS running mode, and designs the structure of network marketing mode applied SNS, and then makes case analysis of success stories, which is a new e-commerce marketing platform.This article is divided into five sections: the first chapter is introduction and the last one is its future. The rest middle three chapters are the key sections of this thesis. Among the three chapters, the second ones will be comprehensive describe the development of SNS situation at home and abroad; the third chapters will introduce the SNS websites of their current running model and future modes that can be tried: the forth section is a prospect for the future development of the SNS sites.
