With the rapid development of society cities are getting bigger and bigger. To save land area the building is higher and higher. There is a growing emphasis on the development of elevator. Such as safety, comfort, control. People do more and more research on elimination of lift swing and increasing speed that greatly improved safety. The time monitoring techniques monitor the performance of the state. Find no safety factors in time. So the technical of monitoring is significant.1) The elevator went up sharply.2) Elevator is vibrating in the water level.3) The lift do not stop at the location of the elevator door.With a data signal collecting card collect signal of acceleration. The acceleration is relative to the coordinate system of case. Gyro-sensor measure the three direction the angular velocity signal which are relative to the inertia of the independent. Then signal of three directions quadratic integral ratio(qir), Receive displacement. Revision procedure is strapdown matrix.Transform the cases of independent to inertial coordinate system and receive attitude angle.By the second integral is displacement:1) Z axis'the second integral is the height of lift.2) X axis'the second integral is horizontally the displacement of random.In this paper,the monitoring established security platform for lift and put up the safety monitoring system. Against the security check of the lift.Be finished with core of monitoring system.In this paper, focused on solving the core of the control system-- Control system hardware and software design. Control card use the TI's TMS320F28335 DSP which is a control chip. Including MC52I bus interface circuit, USB Data Transfer circuit, A/D conversion and DSP hardware design of the minimum system circuit. Development environment of driver control system development environment is CCS3.3. Develop driver procedure with C and C++language. Introduced the driver development process. This approach can greatly shorten the development cycle and improve efficiency. DSP main program use modular programming. Completed the main program design whichis real-time Communication with the PC and module.
