PLC experimental classes need controlled plants made up of hardware,the elevator,for example,is a common and typical one. Configuration software is a computer monitoring software for control system, which is easy to generate the graphic objects and communicate with PLC. Is is the best software to simulate the controlled plant of PLC. Therefore, research in elevator Control system based on the Configuration software and PLC with important educational and practical significanceFor strengthen educational effect of the experimental classes, we have developed physical model of elevator, drive the elevator with the MICROMASTER 420 inverter, using the incremental rotary encoder to detect the speed of the motor, and the PID controller embedded in the frequency inverter to achieve closed loop control of speed. When the elevator model is controlled by Siemens CPU226 PLC,it has the basic functions of actual elevator. The thesis introduced the principle and structure of main component,the type choice of main component and the diagram of electric connection.We have programmed the control program of the PLC, and realized to monitor PLC controlled 4 stories elevator with made in China Configuration Software "KingView", and may control the elevator model with the push button in the picture except the push button in the physical model of the elevator, show various state information for PLC through indicating lamp and storey display on the configuration software screen. At the same time we designed the alarm display and query function of the monitoring system. Society developed at fast speed,even two elevators were not enough to meet the need, so how to make the elevator group work concordantly was an exigent problem to research, this thesis researched the elevator connects in parallel and operates the deployment tactics, Based on the linear network structure of the PROFIBUS, this paper proposed an elevator group control structure that was different from elevator group centralized control structure that was often used. This paper proposed and designed a multi-objective elevator group control algorithm based on the time-stage & experience traffic-flow.
