With the development of science, technology and socio-economic, high-rise buildings have become the hallmark of modern cities. As vertical lift equipment, a lot of people bear the transportation and logistics, its role in building essential. At the same time, it has to lift the performance requirements are also increasing, such as reliability, easy to operate, comfortable nature, and low power consumption and so on. With the fast development of elevator, its logic control-relay control also has been replaced by PLC. The reliability and the feeling of comfort are improved through the reasonable selection and design by using PLC to control the elevator, which makes the effect of control more ideal.In this paper, the drive and control principle of elevator is introduced in the first place. The design of elevator system is proposed in the paper by writing PLC program for implementing the control of elevator, including initialization of program, viz. leveling memory processing, collecting of input date, processing of position of lift car, design of automatic leveling start and stop, handling of ultimate task and so on. Secondly, research on the algorithms of the parallel control system, this section introduces traditional algorithms about it and points out some defects of those algorithms, in the foundation, algorithms of fastest respond is proposed in the paper. Algorithm of elevator group system is researched according to parallel control algorithms. The paper applies the fuzzy control technique for the identification of the transportation pattern and achieves the weight coefficient about every transportation pattern of elevator by using of specialist system. The paper analyzes fuzzy group control regulations of multi-object, builds a mathematical model of elevator group control and computes three relative parameters including waiting time, riding time and riding–power consume. This regulation is implemented by performing two elevators group system and there is a good effect. It provides a new method for elevator group regulation.At last, the paper researches Human Machine Interface based on design of elevator group system. The running state of elevator group system can be monitored by HMI, including of running state of the main elevator and vice elevator, the door of lift car, running direction, the position of lift car, prior sispatching of elevator, landing call of respond that the elevator will answer and total landing call. The state of elevator group system can be imitated by the function of imitation on-line and off-line, which makes the elevator group system working correctly and high-efficiency.
