The national economy development promoted the high-rise construction and the intellectualized construction big appearance, appears as the transportation vehicle elevator more and more importantly. The elevator control system from the traditional black-white control, the PLC control develops to today embedded control systems, simultaneously as a result of the elevator function unceasing increase as well as to the elevator intellectualization, the group control and the secure request, uses in the elevator control system embedded real-time operating system to will certainly into the new tendency.The thesis, as the background with the control system of distributed intellectual lift based on CAN bus, control system research after launching μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time operating system kernel structure and elevator.The main content is as follows:On the foundations of the operating system and domestic and international current situation of the development of control system of elevator when the overall survey is embedded and real, analyze embedded real-time characteristic of operating system , explain in embedded to use the necessity of RTOS , have pointed out that it is the development trend of controlled field at present to adopt the embedded real-time operating system to develop a safe, high-efficient control system.Analyse in depth embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ principle and system structure, from the working mechanism of kernel, structure of the key data, task scheduling in pace with management , task with communication , cut off management, time person who manage a lot of respect go on discussion and research to the embedded real-time embedded system.Have studied the applicable operating system when μC/OS-Ⅱ of the control system of the elevator is real. Cut down and revise μC/OS-Ⅱ systematic kernel structure, transplant it to on TMS320LF2407A DSP. Have probe into the modification method of associated documents in course of transplanting, has written and mainly transplanted codes.Design program after finishing the elevator control system, including designing the control system main task module of elevator, stopping dealing with module andtimer module. Adopt the shared drive method to carry on data interchange betweenevery procedure module , realize [iC/OS-ll practical application of the embedded real-time operating system in single elevator control system , have simplify the programming of software, has guaranteed systematic real-time character , security , dependability.Discuss finally the elevator connects in parallel and operates the deployment tactics, set up on the basis of obey , breathe out mathematical model of assigning outside the elevator to parallel connection to cut ladder and, have designed relevant procedure structure charts.
