Research And Application Of Smart Client

Smart client for a variety of terminal equipment, is one of the mainstream solutions of mobile application, which integrates the benefits of program in fat client and thin client, opens up new application, and provides rich and responsive user experience, abilities of offline work and utilization of hardware and software resources.This paper introduces the application, definition, characteristics and classification of smart client. It sums up the causes of data cache, types and methods on smart client, and compares the main data synchronization technology and a variety of data access technology currently. According to system requirements, a development platform was set up, and aids were equipped.Applications based on. NET smart client-related was analyzed, plant of design included the applied requirements analysis based on Petri net and functional classification. The database structures, data synchronization, offline access to data, rights management module were given.Combination with analysis and design of system, from both sides of client and server, implementation process of smart client data synchronization, online or offline data access, collision avoidance and handling, safety management were introduced.According to the characteristics of smart client interface, the interface of rational distribution was implemented, with ideological basis of power equipment; the design to extend battery life was completed. The detailed steps about application deployment were introduced.At last the completed work is summarized, and the further research expectations are given.
