Information Management System For Enterprise Staff Physical Examination Based On Smart Client

How does physical examination center use resources on hand effectively, how to deal with the physical examination of mass staff, how to pass the result to the staff accurately and fast, how to set up and manage the increasingly enormous physical examination file effectively that will become more and more serious problem for physical examination center. In this situation, it is very important to set up distributed information management system for physical examination. This thesis is focused on the design and realization of this system.Having lucubrated on the course and relevant technology of the development of distributed application system based on Smart Client and Web Service thoroughly, according to the function demand and business procedure analysis of the information management system for physical examination in the real project, using technologies such as ASP.NET, database, network communication, distributed development technology and etc., the solution of the information management system for physical examination is designed.On the basis of probing deeply into C/S model, B/S model and Smart Client model, the system uses Smart Client model and divides the system into two parts: client and server. Mean while, compared with several currently popular distributed development technologies, Web Service is used on server. On client, Smart Client is used in order to solve the problems about upgrading of client and data cache. On server, in order to meet effectively the need of scale demand and the increase of business in future of the information management system for physical examination, the thesis establishes a systematic N-Tier distributed systems structure based on .NET framework and divides systematic business logic into three independent layers such as web layer, business appearance layer and data visiting layer.This system makes three function modules realizable: physical examination information transmission module, physical examination information statistics module and trace care function module. By comparing real-time and file-based transmission modes and three remote transport protocols, physical examination information transmission module selects the SOAP-based Web Service technology to implement the transmission function of physical examination information between doctor and health manager. Physical examination information statistics module realizes the function of excel diagram abnormal statistics and abnormal list statistics. Trace care function module realizes the function of physical examination follow-up services for enterprise staff.Up to now, the functions of information management system for enterprise staff physical examination based on smart client have been implemented in a working environment. System operating indicates that the design of the overall scheme of the system is rational and the measure of solving the problems is feasible.
