This paper focuses on the method of the analog signal bandwidth-expand with digital up-conversion, and also discusses its applications in electronic countermeasures detailly.Three digital methodes are discussed on the analog signal bandwidth expansion. One is called Super-Nyquist. With the reform of the traditional zero-order, the useful signal falls on the second, third or other higher Nyquist zones; The second is band-pass interpolation, which works by filting the mirror signals with a band-pass filter; The quadrature digital up-conversion is discussed at last. In this method, the orthogonal signal is interpolated and then mixed with local quadrature digtal oscillator to maintain a higher frequency. This article discusses on the application, Sub-Nyquist Digital Radio Frequency Memory, deeply. It analyzes the problems of using the digital upconversion in Sub-Nyquist DRFM, and also brings forward corresponding solutions. This article describes the advantages of using digital up-conversion in Digital Jamming Synthesis, and also illustrates using MATLAB.
