Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) is a kind of microwave signal storage system, which can sample and store an incident RF signal, and then reconstitute the signal upon command from the controller. It has developed an essential part of the electronic countermeasure (ECM) system, which is mainly applied to generate the Noise jamming and the false target signal to deceive the radar.This paper describes the design and implementation of the Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) using Sub - Nyquist theory in detail. Defer Sub -Nyquist technology have been used in the system .To solve the ambiguous problem Occurs in the circuits, this paper gives two applied methods of unambiguous. In addition, given the mode of I-Q DRFM base on the basic principle of I-Q DRFM and SIMULINK toolbox, and also analyses the spectrum of DRFM.In conclusion, as a foundation, this dissertation provides essential principles and techniques of Sub-Nyquist DRFM to further research.
