Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) is a kind of microwave signal storage system which can sample and store an RF signal and reconstitute the signal upon command from the controller. With its capability of sampling, storing,processing and reconstitute, DRFM can achieve functions of high speed capturing and storing to RF signal, furtherly make jamming technology variety and agilely. It has become an essential part of the electronic countermeasure systerm..This paper mainly investigates the structure and working theory of DRFM, then analyses the performances of it. This paper focuses on decreasing harmonious signals and improving the performance of signal coherence. This paper uses Matlab to simulate in order to text the conclusion of methods which are used to decrease harmonious signals and coputes concretely influence on signal coherence caused by diversity factors.Works done by this paper is a basic research on DRFM, which could be used as a foundation of further research.
